I can't connect to the Minecraft servers!

This is very common. Here are some steps to make sure you can connect and play!

  • Make sure Hamachi is turned on;

    If you do not have Hamachi, please check for a download button on the Havok Games game page for the server.

  • Make sure your internet connection is at least 1.4 Mbps or higher (downstream/download speed).

  • Make sure your Minecraft directory has the correct mods loaded to join the server you are trying to connect to.

    If there is mods you don't have, it may say "mod rejection" and list the mod names. If this happens, use ServerSync in your directory to automatically sync to our servers to download the correct mods and update your directory.

  • Make sure you have the port number after the main server address;

    123.456.789:12345 (ServerAddress:PortNumber)

If you have tried the above steps and still can not connect, please submit a ticket and our support team can help with your issue. When submitting a ticket, please include your latest log after trying to connect.
